> Crafty Celebrations NY is a mobile craft party company creating personalized, hands-on craft experiences for children’s birthdays and special events. We bring themed craft stations, supplies, décor, personalized details, setup, cleanup, and party hosts directly to your home or venue. From patch bars and squishies to slime, tie-dye, bedazzling, accessories, and more, we create memorable celebrations customized to your child, theme, and event. We’re Jen and Maria — moms, teachers, best friends, and the women behind Crafty Celebrations NY. As moms, we know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to plan a special party for your child while trying to make every detail feel perfect. We always wished there was a service where we could simply share a theme and have someone bring the creative vision to life for us. That became the “why” behind Crafty Celebrations NY. As teachers, we also love creating hands-on experiences that keep kids engaged, creative, and having fun. Our goal is to take the stress off parents while creating memorable celebrations where children can make something uniquely their own — and parents can actually relax and enjoy the moment.

- **What areas do you service?** We are a mobile craft party company serving Queens, New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event.
- **What is included in a typical party package?** Our packages generally include the selected craft activities, all necessary materials, themed tabletop décor, linens, personalized placemats or signage, setup, cleanup, and hosts to guide the children through the activities. Exact inclusions vary depending on the package selected.
- **Do parents need to help with the crafts?** No. Our hosts guide the children through the activities and help them throughout the crafting process. Our goal is for parents to be able to relax and enjoy the celebration while we handle the craft experience.
- **Can you customize the crafts to match my theme?** Absolutely that’s what we do best! We can customize colors, craft choices, signage, table décor, patches, charms, stickers, and other details to coordinate with your party theme and your child’s interests.
- **Do the children take their crafts home?** Yes! The children leave with the items they created, which often doubles as their personalized party favor. It’s one less thing for parents to have to plan.
- **Do you provide tables, chairs, balloon décor, or backdrops?** Yes. Tables, chairs, low craft tables with pillows, balloon décor, backdrops, and other event enhancements may be available as add-on services depending on your event.
- **How far in advance should I book?** We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular party months. Your date is officially reserved once the required booking steps and deposit are completed.
- **How do I get a quote or reserve my date?** Send us an inquiry with your event date, location, number and ages of guests, theme, and any craft ideas you’re interested in. Once we confirm availability and finalize your package, we’ll send you a contract and invoice to secure your date.
